Most people I meet like to be seen
Doing everything I don’t need
Weekday afternoons inducing cravings
for evenings spent focusing on sating
Why don’t I feel more left out when I go home instead of going out?
It never bothered me before today
and I have every intention of continuing that way
I sincerely don’t give a shit about what anyone else has to say
For what’s considered normal, that’s usually the case
I’ve heard people are people
I know most things never change
This is simply one of many things that I find strange
That even with desire to be individuals
they end up just like everyone that they will ever know
