I listen to the sound
of the waves
And contemplate
I open my eyes
And I see the horizon
Fusion of sky and sea
I deeply breath
And let the salt
entrench my lungs
As teh wind shapes the sand
All my empiric experience
Runs before my eyes
A negative
of what was supposed to be
A colorless distortion
of perfection
Something that should never
be so bleak
I believe merely in me
In nothing else
It would be easier
otherwise
