I had a dream I was sinking at the bottom,
Wake up reach out and grab the bottle,
Drink a fifth just to stop my head from pounding,
In either state of mind I find myself drowning.

And see the ocean and the clouds,
Smell the salt and hear the sounds,
I can almost hear your voice now.
Leave my body out in the middle of nowhere
After I'm dead
So the vultures can pull me apart
And I won't have this pain in my head
