if I correctly understand this, I believe it means that Jesus is a most dazzling precious treasure and then when we accept Him into our hearts, we have Christ in us and therefore we become a dazzling precious treasure. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Actually this song is written about Lacey's (the singers) proposal. Her boyfriend took her to a lake, it was their one year anniversary, and they started talking. He wanted to have a picnic, and the sun was going down. He had his ipod in his pocket and put their song on. They danced as the sun was setting as he told the story of how they had gotten together.
