About Free

Free was a British blues rock band formed in London in 1968 who became pioneers of hard rock with their powerful, stripped-down sound built around Paul Rodgers' soulful vocals and Paul Kossoff's emotive guitar work. Their breakthrough album "Fire and Water" (1970) featured the iconic anthem "All Right Now," which became a defining song of early 1970s rock and showcased their ability to blend blues authenticity with arena-ready power.
