Galactic Cowboys – Let It Go Album Lyrics

Always liked Galactic Cowboys, but this last album makes me so sad that it was actually their last album because it is so damn AWESOME!!!!!!! A mix between great song writing, melodies, fabulous harmonies, silly / funny / tongue-in-cheek lyrics crossed with serious and sometimes satirical topics... not to mention an incredible balance between beautiful and heavy music--not too much of either! Very fun and interesting time changes, subtle sound effects, and the gnawing feeling throughout that this was really "it" for the Cowboys, punctuated with the "ending" of the seemingly never-ending final track that some may find musically nauseating but I found absolutely hilarious!!!! Even 15 years later, with me as a late 40 something musician and fan, this is still one of my all-time favorite albums ever! Not to mention seeing Galactic Cowboys with King's X (my favorit-ist band ever) in Cleveland all these years ago in the small intimate venue, still likely being my favorite concert experience of my life, and believe me, I've seen a LOT of shows!Thanks for ending on a high note with this awesome album Galactic Cowboys (oh, and LOVE,LOVE, LOVE that Jerry Gaskill played drums on most of it--he too is AWESOME!!!!!!!) You guys will always rock to me!
