she is writing about the Monster called "Love" ... she is expressing her feelings toward love in general but at the same time saying it's okay to submit to someone no matter who they are... it's kind of deep ....but anything less wouldn't be Gaga.

I think this song is in memory of her dear friend Sir Alexander McQueen. As Alejandro means Alexander in Spanish. And the lyrics about her grieving over his death on Febuary 11th, 2010.
