Muse – MK Ultra Lyrics

Rock

The wavelength gently grows
Coercive notions re-evolve
A universe is trapped inside a tear
It resonates the core
Creates unnatural laws
Replaces love and happiness with fear

How much deception can you take?
How many lies will you create?
How much longer until you break?
Your mind's about to fall

And they are breaking through
They are breaking through
They are breaking through
(We are losing control)
They are breaking through
They are breaking through
They are breaking through
Now we are falling
(We are losing control)

Invisible to all
The mind becomes a wall
All of history
Deleted with one stroke

How much deception can you take?
How many lies will you create?
How much longer until you break?
Your mind's about to fall

And they are breaking through
They're breaking through
They're breaking through
Now we're falling
We are losing control

It is fairly obvious that this song was made with the theory of Quantum Mechanics in mind. As it requires a massivly in depth knowledge of it to understand what I mean, it is left as an excersise to the reader to relate the two.

While I appreciate Anon's endorsement of quantum mechanics, this song is actually about mind control. Specifically, the CIA's Project MK-ULTRA.

How can you say Muse is overrated? It's not like I'm one of those retarted people who just like Muse for supermassive black hole becuse of twilight (especially since it isn't a good song), but Muse is a talented band. You listen to Butterflies and Hurricanes and tell me how that isn't absolutely amazing. I absolutely see flaws with Muse, but they are a very, very talented band, and many of their lyrics are compelling, not "pompous doggerel".

Rolling Stone is attacking Muse now? It's hard to believe anyone who enjoys real music would do that. So clearly there are shills attacking Muse because of The Resistance. LOL NICE!
