I think he should stick to acting. Was he completely drunk when he recorded the lyrics? It is barely intelligible and slurred. He's a great pianist... stick to the instrumentals!

This is actually the first time I heard this song. I'm listening to it on my iPod and I really couldn't understand the lyrics a little bit (not in a bad way, of course) so I was looking them up on this site. I really thought it sounded very unique. The lyrics were beautiful and mixed with the tempo of the acoustic, you can tell that he put a lot of heart into it. He really thinks carefully about the emotions he's trying to express and conveys them in a way where the people listening to it, can feel them. I love it ^__^

these are pretty close to the lyrics, i was listening to the song while reading them. Its pretty hard to catch what hes singing in one part. Oh well its beuatiful and its got soul. It seems to be what a lot of songs are missing. As long its got menaing i dont need 2 know it word for word.

I thought it was cool that he sang it himself instead of getting a voice actor, but when he sang the part where it goes "say my name" I laughed so hard i cried at that odd noise he made. Kinda like "uuuuueeeerrr" I had to rewind it and listen again. The whole song is like that. Beautiful voice but he should have enunciated.

He has great potential, he just needs to enunciate. Great song, very unique; much better than the same drone we get nowadays. To be honest it sounds like he's a bit shy while recording...maybe that's why it sounds mumbled.

This is definitely one of my favorite songs off the twilight soundtrack. I am in love with his voice, it's like nothing I've ever heard before. It amazes me how much the song fits with the novel. Overall just plain beautiful. :)

I think he's a great singer. I remember an interview of him saying that he thinks if no one understands most of the lyrics being enunciated, the song becomes more personal and honest. Of course, he was not talking about himself, he was describing another song he knew... Rob's too modest haha.
