Couldn't get anyone to listen
Tried my best, yet there's something always missing
Couldn't get out of bed
Laying there, but never really sleeping
Chain smoke my days away, wrote my poems
Even though no one would ever read them
When I'm with my friends,???
Even though I'll never be with them
Tried my best to love and like
Though no one finishes what they started
Tried my best to carry on
I'm not a genius, I wasn't always wrong
I'm trying to catch my breath
