    i personally think that they are referring to dancers as "puppets" or people that go along with the media, controlled by the cultur of today. but being a dancer myself i see it as an insult becuase in reality dancers are much have much more feeling than most humans & they are usually in touch with they're emotions, so i don't thinkk it makes a lot of sense.
