No man ought to need or demand
The power to abhor
All forms of human poverty
And all forms of human life
For these are centuries
Contempt and war
Deceived men by a cloven-fisted thief
No bounty, no bread, no money
To ensure the survival
And success of freedom
No God and no control
Weans will of money and gun
But we must make our best efforts
To help those people of heart and love
Striving to break the bond
Of mass misery
If the free society can help
The many who are poor
It can never help the few who are rich
