I believe it to be an in-depth view into the Life of the modern youth of america. We've been so guided through the first 18 years of our life's that once we get out on our own we have this feeling we should always be doing something, when in reality there is nothing wrong with just being, "Bored" There is also the idea that the more successful "jerks" can influence our (the Youth) life in a negative way.
